How to send / pack your orders that you send to us.
When sending your items to us for grading please pack your items extremely well to avoid couriers/postmen damaging your items during their journey to UKG, Make sure the box is substantial (Do not use flimsy thin boxes) and were possible double box your items with plenty of packaging.
Also put a full list inside your parcel of the items you have sent to UKG so this can be cross checked when the box is opened for grading.
Platinum Level Annual Membership Cost £800 per year. which includes 12 single items on our 7 day Turnaround service of your choice during the membership, Example of membership saving, Fast Tracks are £100 per item on top of the price of the item grading so the membership is £1200 in Value alone!. (The item you want grading on the 7 day service still has to be ordered and paid for as normal.)
7 orders of your choice during the membership turned around in ESTIMATED 6 weeks (With a maximum of 40 items per order, You will still need to order and pay for the items individually as normal on the website) instead of the standard 12-14 working weeks.
Gold Level Annual Membership
Cost £500 per year. which includes 7 single items on our 7 day Turnaround service of your choice during the membership. Example of membership saving, Fast Tracks are £100 per item on top of the price of the item grading so the membership is £700 in Value alone!. (The item you want grading on the 7 day service still has to be ordered and paid for as normal.)
5 orders of your choice during the membership turned around in Estimated 6 weeks (With a maximum of 30 items per order You will still need to order and pay for the items individually as normal on the website) instead of the standard 12-14 working weeks.
Silver Level Annual Membership
Cost £250 per year. which includes 4 single items on our 7 day Turnaround service of your choice during the membership. Example of membership saving, Fast Tracks are £100 per item on top of the price of the item grading so the membership is £400 in Value alone!. (The item you want grading on the 7 day service still has to be ordered and paid for as normal.)

Bronze Level Annual Membership
Cost £150 which includes 3 single items on our 7 day Turnaround Fast Track service of your choice during the membership. Example of membership saving, Fast Tracks are £100 per item on top of the price of the item grading so the membership is £300 in Value alone!. (The item you want grading on the 7 day service still has to be ordered and paid for as normal.)
1 Full orders of your choice during the membership turned around in ESTIMATED 6 weeks (With a maximum of 10 items per order You will still need to order and pay for the items individually as normal on the website )instead of the standard 12-14 working weeks.

Overseas Customers Notice 2021 Shipping.
Information for Overseas customers: when sending your order/s to us please put the following information on your parcel EORI GB232014956000 and also send as a TEMPORARY IMPORT This is to help with your order bypassing customs although it is not guaranteed and there is a possibility your order/s can still be charged by the UK boarder customs. If your parcel is stopped then these charges must be paid before customs will release your order to us.
UKG Common Questions And Answers.
How do I place an order with UKGraders?.
1. To register your account you will need to place an order, as you proceed through the checkout process for the first time your account will be created as you pay for your order, this will then create your account with us.
2. Checkout Process: Follow all of the on screen instructions (please take time to read all information carefully)
3. Payment Screen: This is the final screen. Complete your order by clicking either the paypal payment logo or debit card payment button which will automatically take you to paypal or Sage pay. Once you have completed this, log into your personal email account and read your order conformation emails as the address and information for sending your order to us in this order conformation email. If you can’t see the emails check your junk/spam email folder and add us to your ‘safe list’ to prevent any further emails going into the junk folder.
4. Pack your item well and include a printed order sheet or hand written letter with your details and order number on. Some customers choose to write their order number under the address which is also ok, Please note that on the standard turnaround orders that your order will stay sealed until the date we come to grade and case your order this is due to the volume of orders and amounts we receive daily and also to limit the handling of your items by unwrapping them and the re-wrapping them all again and then storing until we come to grading. However if your order arrives and the packaging has clearly been damaged by the courier then we will check the contents but only if your box appears to be damaged on the outside.
5. Once your item/s arrive into our facility you will be notified via an automated email.
6. How long does it take for my item/s to be graded?.A: All standard orders are estimated to take an Estimated 24-26 working weeks to complete from the date we receive your order into our facility, please be aware orders can take longer than this estimated period so please be aware of this when placing your order(This also includes slide bottom display cases), however there is an option for a fast track service for valuable items available on the website when you place your order.
How do I pay for my return postage and how much will it cost me for return postage?.A: Once your order is complete we will send you an invoice for the return postage which you can pay directly through paypal.The price of return postage depends on the items weight and size once it is packed and ready to send back to you.
What if my item turns out to be fake or a Reproduction/Resealed?.A: In the event of any discrepancy with your order, we will contact you and advise you of the problem and you can either have a part credit to your account for the amount paid minus a Grading, administration and repacking cost of £10 per item on standard orders. If you have chosen the option to have your item fast-tracked or on a six weeks turnaround, please note that if your item fails the grading process this fee is non-refundable.
How will you know the order is mine when I send it to you?.A: All orders have their own unique reference number which relates to your account so you can either write this number on the outside of the box when sending the item’s in to us or you can print off the order screen and send that with your order as all orders remain sealed until we come to grading them.
Can you clean my item before grading it? A: Yes just add the the cleaning option which can be found under the “additional items ” tab.
Can you make custom slide bottom display cases or display plinths?.A: Yes we can make custom designed cases to suit your needs. Contact us directly at info@ukgraders.co.uk
Can I bring items direct to your premises for grading?.A: Yes we can arrange to meet at a suitable venue if you want to drop/pick up your order however this cannot be at our grading facility for security reasons.
How long will my items take to show on the live archive on your website?.A: We update the website the live archive every quarter so please be patient when waiting for your items to show.
The item I want grading is not listed on your website what do I do?.A: If your item is not listed please contact us direct at info@ukgraders.co.uk and we will endeavour to add it to the site for you.
Do you grade comics?. A: Currently we do not grade comics.
Do you grade trading cards.A: Currently we do not grade trading cards.
If my item fails grading can I have it sealed in a case without a grade?.A: Yes. We will contact you and advise you if your item fails and reduce the cost accordingly.
What do I write in the item description box?A: Write details about the item you are sending, or if your item is a specific variant then please write in the box any details you would like on the label.
How will I know you have received my order once I have sent it in for grading?.A: Once your order arrives in for grading we mark it in your account as received and you will receive an automated email saying your item has arrived.
What does Poly Bag mean on the add extra options on the right hand side of the screen when placing an order?.A: A poly bag is a thick clear bag that helps protect your case from being scratched.
