UKG terms and conditions of use
Overseas Customers Notice 2021 Shipping.
Overseas customers when sending please put the following information on your parcel EORI GB232014956000 and also send as TEMPORARY IMPORT This is to help with your order bypassing customs although it is not guaranteed that there will not be custom charges the number above should help get your order through without any charges.
All items MUST be sent via a trackable form of delivery..
Lost or damaged items: Any item which is sent to us for grading or verification which gets lost or damaged in the post is NOT the responsibility of UKGraders.
When parcels are returned, customers must state if they require insurance for the goods and the value they require declaring, if customers do not declare this information goods will be sent with no Insurance and their order invoice value.
Claims for lost/damaged/ returned graded items: Once items are delivered we allow 48 hours to check your purchase for damage and report any issues, we cannot accept claims or returns for damage after 48 hours of delivery.
The claim will be made through the service they have requested and the outcome will be determined by the service provider.
UKGraders are not responsible for the outcome of a claim for loss or damage in the post. UKGraders will not get involved as a third party with postal/courier services.
UKGraders is not responsible for any custom fee’s or charges when recieving orders and sending orders.
Grading time scale: Standard orders are ESTIMATED to take 26 Weeks(This excludes weekends)to complete, please remember this is ESTIMATED so it can take longer
UKGraders Has the right to refuse grading on any reproduction or refuse any item for grading if it does not meet the satisfactory requirements of UKG.
All items found to be reproduction will still require return postage payment and a £10 admin charge per item.
If a UKGraders graded case is damaged/tampered with and the item/s is removed from the sealed UKGraders casing the grading for the item/s is then void and is not the responsibility of UKGraders.
Custom Jobs and order requirements, Any custom work or requirements that is not standard please contact us before placing your order and also include this information when placing your order in the order description box and also with your order when sending, otherwise the work carried out will be standard and only for what has been ordered via the website.
In the event of any discrepancy with your with your order we will contact you and advise you of the problem and you can either have a part credit to your account for the amount paid minus a Grading administration and re-packing cost of £10 on standard orders. If you have chosen the option to have your item fast-tracked or on a six weeks turnaround, please note that if your item fails the grading process this fee is non-refundable.
All items must be paid for before grading can commence through our accepted method of payments.
UKG has the right to photograph any graded items and use the photographs on the UKG website
Unpaid Orders / Unpaid Return Postage :
Any Orders/Items that have been cancelled or failed grading then return postage must be paid for in full or arranged to be collected by your own courier, we will keep items for a maximum of 6 months after this period we will dispose of the goods.
Any order/items that has not been paid for or that we have not received return postage payment for we will store for a maximum of 6 months after this period we will dispose of the goods.
