CHRISTMAS INFO 2024!

Christmas is fast approaching us yet again!.

Please be aware any 6-Week order received into UKG’s facility for grading after November 3rd will not be completed until January 2025 due to our Christmas shut down period.

FAST TRACKS. The last Date for us to receive Fast Track orders is Monday 9th of December any Fast Track received after this date will not be completed until January due to getting orders completed and sent back.

UKG closes for business on Monday 23rd of December and we re-open for business on Friday 3rd of January.

If you are sending orders from overseas please bare in mind our above closing dates and ensure your order is sent in plenty of time to arrive with us before we close for Christmas as we will not be able to accept parcels during the the closed period.

GRADING INFORMATION

Customer Information:

Standard orders are currently running at an estimated 26 weeks, Orders with 1 or 2 items are being completed in a shorter time scale.

How to send / pack your orders that you send to us.

When sending your items to us for grading please pack your items extremely well to avoid couriers/postmen damaging your items during their journey to UKG, Make sure the box is substantial (Do not use flimsy thin boxes) and were possible double box your items with plenty of packaging.

Also put a full list inside your parcel of the items you have sent to UKG so this can be cross checked when the box is opened for grading.

Once your item has passed grading and is graded it is permanently sealed inside one of our tamper proof protective cases.

If your order fails grading any credit will be added to your account minus admin, if you request a refund back to your bank there is an extra admin charge for this process.

Overseas customers when sending please put the following information on your parcel EORI GB232014956000 also send as TEMPORARY IMPORT This is to help with your order bypassing customs although it is not guaranteed that there will not be custom charges the number above should help get your order through without any charges.

What we will grade:

Below is a breakdown of what we can grade at UKGraders.  If there is any further information you require with regards to this please contact us at info@ukgraders.co.uk

MOSC(Mint On Sealed Card):Items which are still sealed to their original cards and have not had the seal tampered with in any way.

Loose Figures: Figures which are complete with all their original weapons and accessories.

Loose Vehicles/Toys: Vehicles/Toys which are complete or unused.

MIB:(Mint In Box): Items where the box has been opened/tape dried but all contents are unused (The grading label states this once graded)

MISB:(Mint In Sealed Box): Items which  have never been opened and are still sealed.

We will not U grading vintage carded and baggie items from 27-02-2015 We will still U grade vintage sealed plain Mailer boxes.
U grading Modern items only : Items which  you want removing from damaged cards/boxes.
U grading items after the year 1991. Most items after 1991 can be U graded due to their mass production.

Video Games:

Sealed Videos games in original Factory seals and or Distributor Seals(Must be correct)

Unused Qualified Video Games and Consoles

Used Video Games in their original boxes must be CIB and will receive a Used grading score.

Loose Carts or Loose Carts with instructions

What we will not grade:

Loose/ incomplete items.

Loose items with reproduction Weapons/Accessories. Any item we believe to be reproduction will be returned un-graded at your cost.

Loose Vehicles which are incomplete or have reproduction parts.

Carded figures which are reproduction or resealed

Boxed items which are opened and used.

Double taped items where the tape has clearly been placed symmetrical over original tape with a look to hide opened items/or the tape does not match the original tape used. BE AWARE some double taped items are original and this was done in the factory when leaflets or promotions were put in at a later date please contact us if you feel your item fits this category of double taping.

Ink touched up items (these are items where the card/box has been re-touched in areas with a coloured pen to match the card/box.)

U grading vintage carded/boxed items is strictly forbidden, although we will U grade items, we will not U grade or open a vintage toy that pre dates 1990.
