UK Graders Update April 2021
We are currently re-structuring our facility to improve our services and turnaround here at UKG.
In order to do this we have to temporarily take a 3 month break effective immediately from taking and receiving orders while we undergo this transition to better improve our services.
Your work is important to us and we want to continue our high level of work and services for all our customers.
Thank you for all the messages of goodwill over the last year thanking us for our service and staying open during the pandemic to carry on grading your collectables and also your understanding when staff have been off isolating during the current pandemic.
The break also gives us time to complete overdue orders and clear our backlog so we can resume our normal turnaround and also the Fast Track service.
Customers with orders that are currently with us please bare with us while we work through all the orders and clear the backlog so we can return to our normal high level of service
