Your parcel is not insured for loss or damage if sent with Parcelforce, parcel protection can be added to your parcel at an additional cost, If you require parcel protection, you would need to inform UK Graders Ltd by replying to the return postage email and you will be emailed a revised postage cost, the insurance cover is with the courier and not UK Graders Ltd.  Alternatively, you can arrange your own collection.
UK Graders Ltd is not responsible for, and does not control, any loss or damage to your items in transit back to you, the claim would be raised with the courier and not UK Graders Ltd.

In all instances, we allow 48 hours for you to check your purchase for damage and report any issues, we cannot accept any claims or returns for damage after 48 hours of delivery.
