Happy Christmas to all our Customers from all here at UK Graders
Thank you for your continued support this year during the Pandemic.
Our office closes on Wednesday the 23rd of December and we Re-Opens on Monday the 4th of January if you place an order during this time then please do not send your order into us until we re-open.
Order Delays and Current turnaround times.
Firstly our apologies for any delay customers are experiencing due to the Coronavirus, we are working through all customers orders in order that we received them as efficiently as possible to try and catch up with all orders.
In July we put a notice on our website about orders taking 12 working weeks and we just wanted to reiterate this information.
Currently orders are taking an estimated 12 weeks to complete instead of the normal estimated 8 working weeks, please remember this estimated so orders can run over that time frame.
To ensure we did not shut for the full 12 weeks during the lockdown we had to work under strict working regulations which has caused these delays .
Please bear with us during this difficult time and once your order is ready, we will notify you via the email notification that is sent to customers once their order is completed.
