Order Delays and Current turnaround times.
Firstly our apologies for any delay customers are experiencing due to the Coronavirus, we are working through all customers orders in order that we received them as efficiently as possible to try and catch up with all orders.
Currently orders are taking 10-12 weeks to complete instead of the normal estimated 8 working weeks.
To ensure we did not shut for the full 12 weeks during the lockdown we had to work under strict working regulations which has caused these delays .
Please bear with us during this difficult time and once your order is ready we will notify you via the email notification that is sent to customers once their order is completed.
